When I was pregnant with Mykenzi I surprisingly won a Freshly Picked Giveaway. I was so excited, and this was my first time ever owning a pair of Freshly Picked Moccs. I dreamed of the day she would be born and could finally wear these precious little Moccasins. She didn’t fit into them until she was about 6 months old, but wore them until she was about a year old. They were my favorite shoes she owned. They were so easy to slide on and she could easily walk in them, which was really important because unfortunately she got her Mother’s grace, not to mention, they are just plain adorable. I knew these would have to be a staple in her closet as her feet began to grow.
Fast forward a year and we got our second pair of Freshly Picked Moccs, and I love them just as much as I did her first pair. This time though, she’s put them through the ringer as her Toddler feet never.stop.moving. They adorably compliment all of her outifts, while durably sustaining her active Toddler lifestyle. I totally planned an adorable shoot to showcase her Moccs complimenting her outfit but #toddlerlife set in and we endured a no-nap Sunday, and of course, Miss Sassypants wanted nothing to do with a photo shoot. So, Dad saved the day and pulled out a Football to distract her. Mykenzi had a blast running around a field in her incredibly adorable outfit, while Mom managed to get a few shots of her really breaking in her Moccs. I actually love the way these photos came out compared to what I had planned to do. Watching this little girl with her Daddy just makes my heart swell. They really are the best of buds, and no doubt she is Daddy’s little girl.
Enjoy, I’ll meet you at the bottom of the post.
Of course, no Football game is complete without a Touchdown Dance!

The last picture gets me every time. I see her tiny footprint starting to wear in the bottom of that Mocc. I know as time goes on and those little Toddler feet don’t quit moving, that the imprint of her foot will wear more and more on the bottom of those little soles. I will forever have a reminder of her tiny Toddler feet, and a reminder #ForEveryStep she took in these Moccs.
